The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project will consolidate three small water systems: Manuela Garcia Mobile Home Park (MHP), Seferino Huerta MHP, and Saint Anthony MHP. The Project includes the installation of 27,530 linear feet of pipeline, four water meters, two fire hydrants, one pressure reducing station, and one fire service backflow preventor.
