Document Description
The Bicycle & Pedestrian Master Plan is a citywide plan that needs and prioritizes improvements to bicycle and pedestrian facilities and programs. The plan includes improvements to address current and future demand based on current conditions and anticipated infill development. The master plan also provides the City with the necessary tools to apply for grant funding for implementation. The Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan also includes a robust set of guidelines to provide options for how to implement plan components in different settings.
