Document Description
This project will design, install, and operate an innovative concentrated solar power (CSP) system at a food processing facility. The system will employ Hylux, a novel CSP technology, and will convert solar energy into supplemental heat for thermal processes required to process milk into cheese. Once operational, the CSP plant will provide low-cost, renewable solar heat directly to the cheese production facility, helping to reduce both natural gas consumption and greenhouse gas emissions.
