Document Description
The Saputo Hylux™ Solar Energy Project (Project) is a Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) Project. The energy collected from the Hylux™ CSP system w ill be in the form of heat and will be used to offset natural gas burned at the existing Saputo facility on Paige Avenue which is used in cheese production. The Project proposes to install a three-acre concentrated solar array on previously disturbed, but presently unused land at the site of an existing cheese production facility on a 40-acre parcel located at 800 East Paige Avenue in Tulare, California (APN # 18 1-100-032). The entire parcel is completely enclosed with a chain-link fence.
