Document Description
A Site Approval application for the construction of an off-premise, double sided, and illuminated billboard sign totaling 672 square feet with an overall height of 50 feet. The proposed site is on a 3.59-acre parcel in the 1-T (Truck Terminal) zone. The sign will be located on the southern portion of the parcel at the corner of the Southbound 99 Off-ramp and North State Route 99 W Frontage Road. The site will utilize on-site water, sewer, and storm drainage. Access will be provided on N. St ate Route 99 W. Frontaqe Rd.
