Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead
Caltrans proposes to replace or rehabilitate four deteriorating culverts (from postmile (PM) 1.11 to 2.56) and improve fish passage through the Clarks Creek culvert (PM 2.56) on Route 199 in Del Norte County. The project is needed because the deficient drainage facilities are compromising the structural integrity of the roadway and preventing up stream fish migration at the Clarks Creek culvert crossing.
