The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project. The Project will address deterioration by repairing defects in the 11 miles of existing tunnel lining and paving approximately 5,000 feet of currently unlined portions downstream of the adit 5/6 portal. The Project will construct a 750-foot bypass tunnel (siphon extension) at South Fork Siphon and a new flow control facility, portal, and adit near Priest Reservoir. Improvements will also be made to some of the roads that provide access to the tunnel improvements and drainage facilities along the roadways and at the adits.
