Pursuant to state law, every county and city must prepare a housing element as part of its general plan. The proposed 2019-2024 Housing Element will serve as the County's guiding policy document that meets future needs of housing for all of the County's economic sections. The proposed 2019-2024 Housing Element will replace the existing 2014 Housing Element.
