- Note: Review Per Lead The proposed project includes improvements to the City's wastewater collection system that are required to resolve existing deficiencies and capacity restrictions, and improve access for ongoing maintenance. Improvements include replacing the force main from Lift Station (LS) 3, located on Cascade Blvd. north of Autumn Harvest Way, to the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP); improvements would occur in the road ROWs of Cascade Blvd ., Trinity St., Smith Ave., and Pine Grove Ave. In addition, a segment of the force main from LS5 would be replaced in Pine Grove Ave. Both force mains would be mounted to the side of the Pine Grove Ave. bridge over Churn Creek, and then proceed south to the WWTP. Flow regulation improvements would be made within the LS5 diversion manhole and a ±20-foot segment of the sewer line exiting the diversion manhole would be replaced. A segment of the sewer line in and adjacent to the LS5 overflow manhole would also be replaced.
