The project is limited to the restoration and enhancement of Reach 4 and 5 consisting of over 1 mile (2,404 feet) of Trout Creek. Activities include channel re-grading, creation of inset floodplain surfaces that will support wet meadow habitat, removal of two undersized culverts, installing a new bottomless concrete arch culvert, two stacked rock walls, and revegetation to restore native riparian and wet meadow habitats.
