Annex 4200 & 4224 Sonoma Hwy into the City of Santa Rosa. Subdivide the property at 4224 Sonoma Hwy into three parcels, and construct a 4-story, 124,000-sq ft self-storage facility and two attached residential structures for a total of 14 new residential units and related on- and off-site improvements. Entitlements include Prezoning for General Plan consistency, a Tentative Parcel Map, Hillside Development Permit. Design Review and Conditional Use Permit. The project will demolish all existing structures, and clearing most of the exist vegetation.
