Document Description
Design Review 19-4144 and Coastal Development Permit 19-4145. The project Involves rehabilitation of the existing Bluebird Canyon outfall and diversion structure. The existing head-wall would be removed and replaced with a new head-wall, located on the same footprint and be constructed with colored concrete. An intermediate wall would be constructed between the head-wall and the outfall and diversion pipes·, creating an enclosure for the pipes. Two Tideflex duckbill valves will be installed on this intermediate wall to allow storm-water to pass through prevent the surcharge of sea water. sand, and sediment.
