Document Description
Authorize approval to conduct an event that includes hitting floating golf balls off of the USS Midway to a floating (anchored) barge. The barge will be anchored 150 yards off of the USS Midway for approximately 24 hours. The barge will have 4 concrete anchors, approximately 2-foot by 4-foot in size, buoys, and appropriate navigation and mooring lights. No personnel will be on board the barge with the exception of turning on the light towers when it gets dark. All floating golf balls would be retrieved after the event.
