Document Description
The project involves the installation and operation of a Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE) system at the Former Bodycote Thermal Processing West Inc. (Site). The cleanup decision document, referred to as an Interim Measures Workplan (IMWP), summarized the evaluation of remedial alternatives and concluded that the select,ed remedial measure is required to address elevated concentrations of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in the subsurface soil at the Site. The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) approved the IMWP prepared by Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., pursuant to Chapter 6.5, Division 4.5, Sections 25187 and 25200.14 of the Health and Safety Code.
