The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposes to add/upgrade sidewalks, curb ramps, and driveways as well as install Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS) in the project location. The purpose of this project is to bring the pedestrian facilities in the project area up to Americans with Disabilities (ADA) standards.
