Document Description
The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), using state funds Will replace or repair culverts at 5 locations along State Route (SR) 147 in Plumas County from post mile 3.5 to 8.8. The purpose of the proposed project is to replace or repair damaged culverts at various locations along the roadway in Plumas County to extend the life of the road. The project is needed because damaged and rusted culverts can cause roadway failure due to water intrusion through broken joints and holes caused by age and rust.
