To replace Segment Band a small section of Segment A of the existing railroad bridge with an updated structure including: seven (7) 100-ft steel spans with eight (8) new drilled shaft bents; five (S) pre-stressed concrete box girder sections; and the removal of the petroleum pipeline attached to the existing bridge.

The overall activities involve issuing a permit for replacement of existing railroad bridge sections under a Statutory Exemption (Public Resources Code§ 21080(b)(10) and CEQA Guidelines§ 15275(a)).
