The site consists of approximately 3,500 linear feet of existing right of way. No additional right of way will be acquired and all landscaping will be planted in the existing right of way. the site has no value as habitat. There are no known endangered plants or animals. Migratory birds or burrowing owls do not settle on the site due to heavy vehicular and pedestrian activity.
