The project consists of demolition and reconstruction of existing structures on the same site, addition of an enclosing auxiliary structure, and minor alterations of land not affecting sensitive resources. The replacement pool and bathhouse will have
substantially the same size, purpose and capacity as the existing facilities, and the enclosure will be within the pool deck footprint. The minor landscaping improvements will not involve removal of healthy, mature trees.
