Document Description
The proposed project would facilitate the development of 128 megawatts (MW) of renewable electrical energy and/or energy storage capacity and up to 60 MW of a Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on approximately 2,285 acres of land, both publicly and privately-owned, across 196 parcels. The State Lands Commission action will approve activities on a 160-acre of School Lands Parcel. The State Lands Commission action is an approval of a 30-year General Lease – Industrial Use to BigBeau Solar, LLC, Inc through August 19, 2060.
