The scope of work comprises pavement resurfacing methods with a slurry seal- Asphalt-Rubber Aggregate Membrane (ARAM), which is a 3/8-inch rubberized membrane comprised California scrap tire rubber and tires with a high natural rubber. The slurry seal would replace existing asphalt in varying thicknesses (2" to 5").
