Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0091-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Rock Creek Hydro, LLC. The project proposes the regular maintenance of the intake and tailrace area of the Rock Creek hydroelectric facility. Maintenance activities will consist of the annual clearing of stone, cobble, and sediment away from the facility's intake structure as well as occasional trimming and mowing of vegetation on an approximately 300 square-foot area of the stream bank.
