Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to the Sacramento Area Flood Control Agency for the purpose of levee improvements. Improvements will consist of constructing a drained stability berm to control through-seepage and to provide slope stability along the levee. All work conducted pursuant to the ROE and related project work will comply with ·all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to CEQA, NEPA, the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the Public Resource Code, a17d conditions specified by this ROE and other permitting agencies.
