The Project consists of the approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) and Minor
Design Review to construct and operate a 3,590 square foot car wash building with
23 associated vacuum stations, parking, landscaping, and lighting improvements
within the General Commercial (GC) zoning district. The proposed hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., seven days a week with extended hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. from April through September.

An EIR was prepared and certified by the City Council as part of the Elk Grove General Plan (SCH# 2017062058).
