The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0127-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Arcadia Development Company.
The project will move an existing gas pipeline running perpendicular to Laurel Road, grade and fill the channel, wetland, and riparian habitat, and extend the culvert and road to the Arcadia property boundary.
