Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is a Responsible Agency for the Project. The State Water Board’s Clean Water State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program is financing the Project referred to internally as Manila CSD Wastewater Infrastructure Improvement Project. The Project includes the replacement of: septic tank risers, septic pumps, air relief valves, wet well pump, system generator, mechanical components of hydraulic control structures by aerated lagoons, and fencing around the wastewater treatment areas. The following Project components will be newly installed: Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system infrastructure, a septage holding tank and screening system, pond lining at the outer edge of the aerated lagoons and platform to assist with access and management of aerated lagoons, temporary bypass system, and odor control system. The Project also includes removal and disposal of septage from tanks throughout the system.
