Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0093-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Southern California Edison. The Project includes activities related to the rehabilitation of Florence Lake Boat Ramp, one of three recreation facilities to be rehabilitated as part of the Settlement Agreement and U.S. Department of Agriculture Forest Service (USDA-FS) 4(e) conditions developed during the Big Creek Alternative Licensing process (ALP). The rehabilitation work is being implemented in advance of re-licensing by Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERG) for FERG Project No. 67 under the Big Creek A-P. Rehabilitation will consist of excavation, re-compacting and reapplying gravel to the boat ramp.

The Project will not have significant environmental impacts if it is completed under the protective features of Stream bed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2019-0093-R4.
