During the spring runoff of 2017, approximately 500 feet of road were damaged. The road provides access to the Onion Valley Campground and Kearsarge Pass and Golden Trout Lake Trail heads. Repairing the road will improve safety by allowing two way traffic, and minimize the potential for future washouts.
