Document Description
This project is located on Highway 111 between Adams Street and La Quinta Drive in front of the Auto Dealerships. The scope of the project includes the removal of the existing 8-foot wide meandering sidewalk and the construction of a curb adjacent 10 foot wide sidewalk. The sidewalk will meander around existing utilities. Work will also include removal of landscaping and hardscaping; modification of the existing irrigation system, and other items necessary and incidental to complete the improvements as required.
