The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0258-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Transportation. The proposed project would repair or replace eleven culvert locations at eleven locations along highway 36 between post mile 2.70 and 9.14.

The project consists of work for the replacement and reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new structures and facilities will located on the same site as the previous structures and facilities and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as those replaced.
