The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0261-R 1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to California Department of Transportation. The proposed project would realign the section of road between post miles 12.6 and 13.1 and as part of the project the existing culverts will be replaced with longer culverts and with larger diameter in this section of highway 36.
