The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0057-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the County of Lake. The project is limited to up-sizing or improving 11 culverts in the Valley Fire burn area. Existing culverts will be removed and replaced with culverts that meet current hydrology standards.
The projects are located on Harbin and Anderson Creeks in the County of Lake, Section 29, Township 11 N, Range 7W; and Section 25, Township 11 N, Range 8W; Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.

A Notice of Exemption for CEQA was filed with the County of Lake on November 14, 2017, acknowledging the replacement of existing facilities and minor alterations to 11 culverts damaged by the Valley Fire. Project will not impact sensitive species or habitat.
