The Project will be implemented by the County of Tulare (Grantee). This grant is for the purpose of providing bottled water to disadvantaged households in the Community of Seville that have contamination in their water supply. The purpose of the funding is to ensure Disadvantaged persons in California have adequate access to clean drinking water to protect public health.
