Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife. has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0293-R51 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Arman Gabay. The project is limited to the construction of a single-family residence and the alteration and restoration of an adjacent streambed located at 10050 Bellagio Road. Restoration will include the removal of the grout and rock boulder materials from the stream and the re-vegetation of the stream banks with native plants. After the channel is restored, the streambed will form a 27-foot-wide earthen trapezoidal channel! with a 27-foot wide channel bottom.
