- DWR will oversee the advancement of 46 core holes via drill rig in the emergency spillway, side bench, dam toe, and right and left abutments. This project is being implemented to determine the emergency spillway's foundation erodibility and address potential failure mode scenarios. All work will be done within disturbed areas. All work is within DWR right of way.
