The site improvements would not result in a change in use or further intensify the existing site.

This project qualifies for a Class 1 Categorical Exemption from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), pursuant to Section 15301 of the State CEQA Guidelines in that the project consists of interior and exterior alterations such as kitchen and dining room remodel and accessibility improvements to the exterior of the subject site. Alterations are minor to an existing facility involving negligible or no expansion of use.
