Document Description
The purpose of the Project is to rehabilitate eight culverts by cleaning, inspecting, and preparing the culvert for installation of a pipe-liner with slurry cement backfill as the base of the liner. The concrete liner will provide the culvert with a new smooth surface and extend the life of the culvert delaying the need for replacement.
