The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019--0090-R11 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mendocino County Department of Transportation, represented by Howard Dashiell, The project is limited to two encroachments. At MP 0.99, the project will shorten the culvert at the outlet end and a smaII amount of rock for energy dissipation, At MP 1. O 1, the project will replace the existing culvert, and add rock slope protection to areas of failing bank and road edge.
