The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) is the responsible agency.
The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing funds for the project. The Westley Community Services District proposes to conduct a project to decrease unaccounted water losses and improve system maintenance. The·project consists of the replacement of three fire hydrants, fifteen commercial backflow preventers, twelve water valves, and thirty-nine service laterals and ball corporation stops.
