The project will permit the ongoing maintenance and use of a previously unpermitted structure in order to maintain it in operating condition and keep fish in good condition below the diversion. There will be no increase in the amount of water currently diverted, or the duration of diversion. The removal of sediment will not affect any special status wildlife or plant species.
