Document Description
The proposed project includes installation of a geomembrane liner on the upstream face of the dam to eliminate seepage and protect the dam from further freeze-thaw damage. The work would include development of project staging areas and access routes as well as the lake draw-down so the geomembrane installation occurs in the dry. Likewise, removal of sediment at the upstream face of the dam would be required to gain access to the upstream face of the dam down to the base.
