The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0375-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Tyler Lucas. The proposed project is to construct a single-family home and a separate garage near Branciforte Creek. The project covered in the Stream bed Alteration Agreement is limited to the extension of an existing culvert to the top of bank where the original culvert eroded a gully and the installation of a coconut netting and four to eight-inch angular cobble and native plants within the eroded gully. All work will be conducted by hand.
