Document Description
Permittee will replace stream bank soil and re-vegetate and will maintain an existing
bridge crossing Janes Creek. Native riparian vegetation will be planted and maintained to restore disturbed area. Permittee shall not work in the stream past October 31 of each year except for riparian re-vegetation maintenance. A 25 feet wide stream side buffer from the top of the wetted stream channel on each side of the stream shall be maintained after in-stream work is complete.

Activities will be conducted in a manner to protect in-stream flows and water quality in North Fork Janes Creek. There would be no significant adverse impact on endangered, threatened, or rare species or their habitat pursuant to §15065. There are no hazardous materials at or around the project site that may be disturbed or removed. The project will not result in impacts that are significant when viewed in connection with the effects of past projects, the effects of other current projects, and the effects of probable future projects.
