Project consists of repair and maintenance of existing public structure involving no expansion of use beyond that currently existing; conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modifications are made to the exterior of the structure; and minor public alterations in the condition of land which do not involve removal of healthy, mature scenic trees; and maintenance, repair, stabilization, rehabilitation, restoration, preservation, conservation, or reconstruction of historical resources, in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Propertim; with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, and Reconstructing Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer.
