CREH is proposing to rework the existing 545XA-9D well (030-37488) in BV Hills; CREH will add perforations and return the well to production. After initial workover activities, CREH may complete additional downhole work (workover activities) as approved by DOGGR. All activities will be located on Tier 1 lands owned by CREH.
