Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0477-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Erik Brown. In January 2017, work was conducted to stabilize the western stream bank of Branciforte Creek. Work consisted of placing 500 lbs. boulders into stream and planting native plants. These activities were conducted without the submission of a Notification of Lake or Stream bed Alteration with CDFW. The subject of this Agreement is the removal of boulders and installation of California native trees and plants as part of remediation work for work conducted without a notification to CDFW.
