Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0075-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Jon Terry. The project is limited to the replacement of two corrugated plastic pipe culverts, which were destroyed in the Nuns Complex Fire of October 2017. The new culverts will both be corrugated metal arch culverts that are 42-inches wide and 29-inches high. One culvert is 12-feet long and the second culvert is 75-feet long. In total, both culverts will require approximately 24 square feet of energy dissipating rock, to be placed in locations that already contain remaining energy dissipating rock. Culvert replacement activities shall consist of removal of the existing roadway surface, removal of remaining burn debris, trenching, culvert installation, back-filling, head wall reconstruction and gravel fill placement operations. No riparian vegetation will be impacted as part of this project
