Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Stream bed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2019-0487-R1 , pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Mr. Tom Harrington. The project is limited to eleven (11) encroachments including the permanent installation of eight culvert crossings and the diversion of water at three water drafting sites, for the purposes of salvage logging under Emergency Notice of Timber Operations exemption permitted by the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CALF IRE).
