The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0294-R3, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, William Nagle on behalf of the Carey Helen Trust Attn: Bishop Family Trust.
The project is limited to the skid trail construction at map point X2 and the permanent seasonal road construction at map points X3, X4, XS and X6, as denoted in the approved 1-18-087 SMO "Nice" Timber Harvest Plan.
