Document Description
Install a new air conditioner unit at Residence #15 of Columbia State Historic Park to provide and upgraded HVAC system for this private residence. Work will:
• Set a preformed 4' by 4' pad adjacent to the residence;
• Excavate four (4) approximately 6" diameter by 12" deep holes around the preformed pad;
• Place a new Trane XR14 Seer air conditioner unit on the preformed pad and connect all necessary components; and
• Utilize the excavated holes to install a new 3'-tall wood picket fence around the new air conditioner unit.
